New Jersey Improving Preventive Services Project
A project designed to assist primary care practices in making evidence-based changes to improve the delivery of immunizations and immunization registries, while also building the participating states’ capacity to execute future quality improvement programs.

The collaborative involved more than a dozen practices from New Jersey.
Our Role
Facilitated a Breakthrough Series learning collaborative to apply quality improvement to the treatment of ADHD in children. Provided an environment for rapid-cycle testing and the robust exchange of ideas with the support of world-class ADHD and quality improvement experts.
Funder
This project was funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and was in partnership with the New Jersey chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Pediatric Council on Research & Education and the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
