Strengthening Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Through Policy and Cross-State Learning Efforts
This initiative’s primary purpose is to supplement the ongoing work of the Health Resources and Services Administration Maternal and Child Health Bureau funded Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network by enhancing early childhood policy advocacy and implementation.

Our Role
Along with conducting policy analyses, NICHQ will convene additional experts to provide targeted technical assistance on early childhood policy to the 12 state teams and 28 local communities working to improve early childhood systems.
