Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Learning Collaborative
A project to implement a model for care for children with ADHD.
Status: Complete
2000 to 2003
- Who: Forty pediatric practices, almost entirely based in North Carolina.
- Funder: The project was funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD).
- Our Role: Facilitated a Breakthrough Series learning collaborative to apply quality improvement to the treatment of ADHD in children. Provided an environment for rapid-cycle testing and the robust exchange of ideas with the support of world-class ADHD and quality improvement experts.
