Gregory Serrao

Gregory Serrao is President of Colony Care Behavioral Health; he is also the founder and a board member of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a provider of home care services to medically fragile children. Prior to Thrive, Serrao founded American Dental Partners, Inc. (ADPI), and served as the company’s CEO and President and a Director for 20 years. Serrao’s previous roles include CEO and senior executive roles in health care and banking.
