The ADHD toolkit was created by applying sound principles of chronic care management to ADHD cases—namely, involving families in a total care program, tracking the results of our studies, using evidence to establish guidelines and coordinating care among various caregivers. 

You may use/distribute any of the materials in the 1st Edition as long as NICHQ is credited as the original source. The 1st Edition is available in English only.

About the 3rd Edition (2019)

  • The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) holds the copyright for the 3rd Edition; NICHQ does not own the copyright or distribution rights.
  • NICHQ cannot provide copies, either physical or electronic, of the 3rd Edition.
  • If you would like a copy of the 3rd Edition, you must purchase one through the AAP Bookstore.
  • If you wish to use any materials provided in the 3rd Edition, you must contact the AAP ([email protected] or 866-843-2271) in order to request the appropriate copyright/reproduction permissions.
