NICHQ and Public Health Professionals

Protecting and promoting the health of people and communities

The National Institute for Children’s Health Quality has a long history of working in public health.

Because we are deeply committed to our mission, we offer our resources for free.

Some of our earliest projects involved working with state and federal public health programs to improve vaccination and preventative services and facilitating learning collaboratives around childhood diseases, and we currently are engaged in a number of public health projects in communities across the United States.

Our dedicated staff — many with degrees in public health themselves — understand that to affect positive change, especially at the scale of population health, there are no quick fixes. It takes dedicated, consistent effort at many different levels to produce lasting results.

Because we are deeply committed to our mission, we offer our resources for free, whether it’s in the form of toolkits, webinars, reports, or publications. Explore the curated lists offered for public health professionals, take them back to your organizations, and use them with the people you serve. Reach out if you have any questions.
