Kansas Community Collaborative to Prevent Infant Mortality: State Town Hall Meeting
The Community-Centered Hospital Initiative at NICHQ aims to establish a new framework where communities, led by a trusted community-based organization, drive transformative efforts alongside perinatal quality collaboratives and hospitals to improve health outcomes for mothers, infants, and families.
